Patricia Crocano is a Registered Nurse and healthcare compliance and operations professional with more than 15 years of experience. Originally a nurse from Uruguay, Patricia continued building her healthcare career in the United States, earning U.S. Registered Nurse licensure and multistate practice privileges through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
Her international nursing background gives her a broad understanding of patient care, healthcare systems, cultural differences, and the responsibility organizations have to protect both patients and their workforce.
Throughout her career, Patricia has worked with healthcare owners, clinicians, administrators, managers, billing departments, and frontline teams. She has helped organizations launch clinics, prepare for inspections, develop customized manuals and protocols, conduct chart and operational audits, correct compliance deficiencies, train staff, improve revenue-cycle processes, and establish systems for ongoing accountability.
